de Young Museum is one of the most important arts museum in the world. Their copper facaded building was designed by renowned architecture office Herzog de Meuron. The mass design creates multiple courtyards and a twisting tower completes the composition.

Museum decided to create a new collection of products to refreshen up after the pandemic. They comissioned minimillu to create illustrations which will be printed on products such as t-shirts, journals, tote bags, mugs and magnets.

Inspiration for the design taken from the beautiful city of San Francisco. As we all know, foggy weather of San Francisco has became famous all around the world. I also found mixed and filtered colors of the sunset during a foggy day really interesting. Golden Gate Bridge, the ocean and the mist all creates a beautiful scenery. This specific scenery reminded me the mission of this project and felt related with the moment of our lives. Golden Gate Bridge glows with the sunset in between all the mist and giving the energy to people. Pandemic was also a dense fog in our lives and finally it started to disappear.
